Returns
Every shirt we make is printed on demand using the exact avatar tied to the username or skin file you provide. Because each order is unique to you, we don't accept returns or exchanges, and all sales are final. Before you order, please make sure your Minecraft username is spelled correctly or your uploaded skin preview matches your expectations.
If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered (wrong size, printing error, etc.), that's on us. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement at no cost. Manufacturing mistakes are the one thing we'll always make right.
A few things worth knowing:
Sizing is final, so please check our size chart before ordering. We can't swap a medium for a large once it's printed. If you change your skin after ordering, the shirt will still show the avatar that was active when you placed the order; we print from the skin on file at the time of purchase. For uploaded skins, we print from the file you uploaded when placing the order.
